Am 28.9.2023 fand in der Aula der TU Graz die 3. PEG (Production Engineering Graz)-Tagung statt. Zahlreiche Besucher erlebten ein breites Programm zu aktuellen Arbeiten des Instituts und spannende Inhalte der Forschungspartner.
am 12. Juni 2023 besuchte uns die neue Vorstandsvorsitzende der Siemens Österreich AG, Frau Mag. Patricia Neumann, dies im Rahmen Ihres Besuchs der steirischen Siemens-Niederlassung Siemens Strassgangerstraße unter der Leitung von Herbert Tanner. am 25. u. 26.4.2023 fanden in der smartfactory@tugraz Infotage zu Applikationen mit UR-Robotern statt. 5 österreichische Systemintegratoren von UR Robotern stellten den zahlreichen Besuchern ihre Lösungen vor.
on 2022-07-05 the RIE-Steering Meeting was held in the smartfactory@tugraz. In this course ist was also possible to demonstrate the facilities and research topics to Mr. Hesoun, CEO of Siemens Austria. Focus was RTLS-F and High Frequency Data Capturing with Siemens components.
Also in 2022 the smartfactory@tugraz was represented at the International Learingfabriken-Conference. Mr. Dr. Pichler presented his Conference-Paper "Teaching of camera based collaborative robotics".
The actual Federal Chancellor, these days still Minister of the Interior, visitited the smartfactory@tugraz at Oct, 21st, 2021 in order to attend a presentation of the Institute of Engineering and Business Informatics.
The most exciting cooperations of T-Systems get documented via producing a short clip. That is why also the smartfactory@tugraz was at the turn on June, 21st 2021. Mr. Trabesinger and Mr. Pichler were at the set.
On April 8th 2021 there was the opening of the smartfactory@tugraz in form of a virtual meeting with more approx. 200 participants. Aside the most prominent guests as BM Gewessler, FFG President Dr. Pseiner and Rector Harald Kainz there were countless representatives of Science, Economy and Politics.
